Introduction:
For the IATF16949, 5 Core Tools is very important. If it is implemented effectively, it will minimize customers’ complaints and rejects. With the transfer of new products or to manufacture new products, product quality planning is essential for the success of the company.
This program provides guidelines designed to produce a product quality plan which will support the development of a product or service that will satisfy the customer. When ready to submit samples, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is required. Failure Modes And Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a tool used for preventive actions. Measurement System Analysis (MSA) consist of calibration and Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R). Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to control the processes.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this training program, participants should be able to:
- Understand what is APQP, PPAP and the requirements; and/or
- Understand what is FMEA and the requirements; and/or
- Understand what is MSA and the requirements; and/or
- Understand what is SPC and the requirements.

Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Clerical Staff, and staff involved with IATF16949.
