Introduction:

The occupational safety and health (OSH) enters into a landscape of reinforced legislative framework with the OSH (Amendment) Act 2022 comes into effect on 01 June 2024.

Striving to further excel in OSH performance and standards, all stakeholders are poised to enhance OSH awareness and OSH management system; strengthening OSH culture through effective communication and cooperation between employers and employees; enhance OSH through sustainable risk management and improvement of OSH best practices through intervention at workplace, with strategic approaches in preventing accidents at workplace, towards achieving safe, healthy and conducive working environment.
